THREE PEAKS CATERING
Est. 2013

Based in the heart of Teton Valley, Three Peaks Catering provides full-service catering, private chef experiences, and bespoke culinary events throughout Driggs, Victor, and Jackson Hole.

Every menu we create is custom-designed for each client, each gathering, and each moment. We focus on sourcing sustainable, locally raised, high-quality meats and ingredients, working closely with regional farmers, ranchers, and producers to ensure everything we serve is seasonal, honest, and thoughtfully selected.

Our team is known for elevated proteins and modern American comfort cuisine, while also crafting menus that span a wide range of styles, cuisines, and dietary needs—from plant-based and gluten-free to entirely one-of-a-kind culinary experiences. Every dish is prepared with care and cooked to perfection.

Since 2013, our mission has remained the same: to bring people together through exceptional food, intentional sourcing, and personalized hospitality—wherever your table may be.

Joseph DeRosa

I’m Joe, I grew up just outside of Boston Mass and moved out west in 2015. I have become a very outdoorsy person living in Wyoming. I love to hike, paddleboard the rivers and snow board in the winters, though, I usually spend my winters in Colorado. I always say the phrase “happy to be here” which is simultaneously an expression of true gratitude, but can also he used in a slightly sarcastic way when something unexpected happens. I love good food and wine and have been to 49 of the 50 states, Alaska being the only one one remaining. I travel abroad as much as possible and like to make my whole life feel like a vacation.

Chef Brent Baldwin

Chef Brent Baldwin is originally from Cedar City, Utah, and has been living in Teton Valley for 5 years now. Brent’s palette was developed in his grandmother’s kitchen where he took an interest in helping her prepare meals for the family. Brent also gains knowledge and insight from his brother Brian who is an executive chef with Caesars entertainment in Vegas. He is mostly self taught, but has worked in restaurants including Tres Hombres, and Carver’s Steakhouse which specialized in surf and turf offerings. Brent has in-depth knowledge of wine pairings and takes pride in keeping flavors clean and bright. In his own words “The star of any dish should be the first thing you taste, but the addition of fresh herbs and spices will enhance that flavor.”

Alta Robinson

Although a great home cook, Alta is the Administrative Manager for our company. With several certificates in bookkeeping and also years of experience in office and restaurant settings, she is always ready to handle anything that comes her way.

As a sixth generation local, Alta has her finger on the pulse of all things Teton Valley. She is somewhat of a jack-of-all-trades, juggling several hospitality jobs at once and loves to help her local community and our visitors alike.

In her spare time, Alta loves to golf with her husband Ben and hang out with their dog Sammy and cat Bill. They also love to take random trips to various locations and spend time in Honduras during the winter months.
